No. In fact the Army will even do it for you if you are in a combat MOS and often other MOSs if there is no waiting.
It used to be a disqualifier about 10 years ago when it was still new.

that talks about current military personnel getting the surgery, but i’m sure if they get it, you can get it without being disqualified. however maybe you want to wait until you’re in and maybe you can get it for free
