what happens during laser eye surgery in premature babies?
my sons where born 16 weeks premature a few weeks ago and are due to have laser eye surgery at the end of the week but im scared cos i dont know what happens during this? can anyone help

Lasers can be used for a number of different eye problems, so we can’t know what problem your sons have. You should ask the children’s doctor what will happen and what risks are involved. Risk may be very small so there may be no need to be scared.

This really is something you should be talking about with your childrens doctor. He/she would have to be able to answer your questions. The doctor would know best.
