Im planning on having lasik eye surgery because my eyes cant see far away very well. If I decide on having a child in about a year after the surgery will his/ her eye sight be as bad as mine was or will it be good. If this helps my husband has decent eyesight ( doesnt wear glasses).

How safe is Lasik surgery?
I’ve had glasses since I was a kid and I’m 33 now. I have a bad astigmatism in my left eye and a minor one in my right eye. I’m near sighted and have no problems with reading. I have been considering Lasik for a while, but was waiting for it to become more perfected as well as the long term effects studied. Does anyone have any information on out safe and successful the surgery is now and what the the long term effects? Thanks!
Can i get lasik surgery for one eye only?
how much does it cost for one eye? My plan is to have one done first and wait for a year until i have the other one done. Losing one eye is better than losing both eyes! Right?
