Would the military pay for your Lasik surgery before bootcamp?

I have yet to enlist/talk to a recruiter, but a quick question I have is…
Would the military pay for your Lasik surgery before bootcamp?
Or do I have to wear those ugly glasses during bootcamp?

Could I get it in a contract when talking to the recruiter?
Do the Birth Control Goggles fall off easily, and/or they hardly noticeable from the point of view the person is wearing them if anyone have expereince with it?

You can’t get it done through the military until you’ve gone to your first permanent duty station, and even then you have to get command approval (which isn’t really hard, unless you’re about to deploy).
You have to wear the glasses if you need vision correction during basic.
(we called them BCGs, birth control goggles)

The military doesn’t pay for anything before you ship to Basic. Only the costs associated with recruiting and enlisting you.

You will be issued the Birth Control Glasses in Basic until you graduate.

uhh no.. you haven’t enlisted yet so why in hell would they waste money like that?
and LASIK is not just handed out to anybody who asks either.

BCG have a strap that goes around your head to keep them on.
